Combine warm water, yeast and sugar in a kitchen aid bowl
Let sit til foamy
Then add in cups of flour, salt, melted butter and egg
Knead for 4 minutes on low with Kitchen Aid hook attachment
Pull out dough onto floured surface. Divide into 8-10 pieces with bench scrapper
Shape dough into balls
Cover, let rise 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 400F
Bake 12-14 minutes @400
Pull out of oven and butter the top while it’s hot
Let cool on drying rack before slicing
