Season chicken breasts with preferred seasoning blend, salt, and black pepper
Cook chicken breasts until done
Sauté shallots and garlic in butter
Add sun dried tomato and tomato paste, cook briefly
Add preferred seasoning blend
Pour in chicken stock and bring to simmer
Add heavy cream and grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Shred or dice the cooked chicken and add to soup
Add spinach and stir until wilted
Cook gnocchi separately according to package directions
Add cooked gnocchi to soup
Simmer until flavors combine and serve hot
