Cajun Chicken Ranch Flatbreads
Ingredients:
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Rub the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Spread ranch dressing over each flatbread.
Layer sliced chicken, mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce on top.
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and broil for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Remove from oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
