Start by making the béchamel. Melt the butter and then add in the flour. Cook this out for a few minutes and then slowly add in the milk, bit by bit, stirring constantly until you get a thick sauce.
Then add in the mustard and half the cheese and season to taste.
Place the bolognese in the middle of the wrap with a little mozzarella and wrap into a little parcel.
Add them to a baking dish and cover with the béchamel and the rest of the cheese.
Bake in the oven on 180°c for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
Serve and enjoy.
