Heat olive oil in pan
Saute prawns with 1 tsp salt till half done. Take them out
Heat olive oil and butter in same pan. Saute onion with 1.5 tsp salt till glistening
Add pine nuts, chillies and garlic and saute for a minute
Add pesto and turn to medium heat and saute for 3 minutes
Add cream and milk and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
Add pasta water, prawns, tomatoes and paprika and bring to a small boil for about a minute
Add parmesan. Mix in pasta and take off heat
Garnish with spinach
