Mix the measured ingredients by mashing
Whisk in yogurt
Add baking soda and then the flour in small batches. Adjust the quantity of flour as needed (no more than 2 cups; may use less) to make the dough perfect
Apply a little oil on all sides of the dough
Cover for 8-10 hours or overnight for fermentation
Prepare the bigger ball into smaller ball sizes
Use flour to avoid stickiness, and roll them thicker
Make sure the oil is hot enough, and the flame should be on medium
Deep fry them on both sides
