Open Faced Wontons
  1. Make the sauce by combining soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, water, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sesame seeds, and sugar. Set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground pork and beef, pre-packaged coleslaw, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and green onions until well combined.

  3. Brush oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Place the wonton wrappers meat-side down on the pan and brush the tops with oil.

  4. Fry the wontons until crispy, then flip and fry the other side.

  5. Serve the open-faced wontons with the dipping sauce.
