Blueberry Butter Swim Biscuits
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Pour in the melted butter and buttermilk, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

  4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.

  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. While the biscuits cool slightly, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to make the glaze. Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed.

  8. Drizzle the glaze over the warm biscuits and serve.
