Sticky Honey Gochujang Chicken With Rice Cakes
  1. Score the chicken drumsticks with a couple scores and season with salt and pepper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, water, and garlic. Set aside.

  3. In a pan on medium heat with oil, fry the drumsticks for a few minutes on each side until browned. To help cook faster you can add a tbsp of water and cover.

  4. Reduce heat to low. Add the sauce and coat the chicken in it. Cover and let it cook for at least 5 min or until chicken is cooked through.

  5. Remove the lid and let the sauce reduce and become sticky. Optional to add rice cakes in.

  6. Top with green onions and eat with rice. Enjoy!
