Korean Chilli Garlic Potatoes
  1. Boil 3 medium sized potatoes

  2. Then mash them very well

  3. Now add ½ cup cornflour/potato starch

  4. Knead the dough very well

  5. Now make small round balls and give mushroom liked shape with bottle

  6. Now boil them for 2-3 minutes until they float on top of the water

  7. Immediately transfer them into ice cold water

  8. For the sauce add lot of chopped garlic, chopped spring onions, red chilli powder, soy sauce, sesame seeds in a bowl and pour some hot oil

  9. Mix the sauce and add potato buttons

  10. Toss them nicely in the sauce

  11. Garnish with some more spring onions and sesame seeds on top
