Mix 800g lean ground beef with finely diced onion, minced garlic cloves, fresh coriander, green chillies, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne, and salt to create the meat filling
Prepare the garlic white sauce by combining 120g Greek yoghurt, 60g light mayo, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and salt to taste
Slice the pittas and fill each one with the beef mixture
Spray a pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat
Toast the filled arayes in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until the outside is crispy and the meat is cooked through
Serve with the garlic white sauce on the side
Store cooled arayes wrapped in foil for up to 5 days
To reheat, microwave for 2-3 minutes then pan toast or air fry to restore crispiness
