Saltwater Cleanse

  1. Dissolve the salt in the water, place a lid over the pot, and let it cool overnight.

  2. Start by drinking 1 cup every 30 minutes. Lie on your right side to help things move through you faster.

  3. Once things start moving, you can drink 1 ½ cups every 30 minutes.

  4. You must drink the entire pot of salt water, and you'll know it's successful because your stool will be clear liquid, and you will be insanely thirsty.

  5. Eat light for the rest of the day. No heavy carbs. Get some probiotics back into your gut, eat some Fage Greek Yogurt.
