Load the ingredients into a bowl, and then stir with a wooden spoon.
Gradually add luke warm water a bit at a time and keep stirring until it almost forms a dough.
Flour your hands and then use your hands to form a dough.
Tip the dough onto a clean chopping board and knead your dumpling dough for 3-4 minutes or until soft and smooth.
Separate the dough into 8 equal weights and then make each piece of dough into a dough ball.
Place the suet dumplings into the air fryer basket.
Set the temperature to 180c/360f and air fry for 10 minutes.
Then serve your dumplings with warm stew.
