Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas.
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, tahini, paprika, sea salt, olive oil, cumin, and water.
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve the spicy cilantro jalapeno hummus with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
