Halloumi Style Tofu
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess liquid & cut into slices

  2. Make up the marinade in a Tupperware

  3. Coat the tofu well & leave for a minimum of 1 hr (overnight is much better)

  4. Using a griddle pan or BBQ sear the tofu both sides.

  5. Serve on dishes such as salads or baguettes
