  4. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

  6. While the chicken is baking, prepare the vinaigrette by combining chopped olives, walnuts, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well.
