Pistachio Pesto
  1. With a mortar and pestle, grind the basil, nutritional yeast, pistachios, garlic, salt and pepper together until forming a paste.

  2. Slowly add in the olive oil until desired consistency is reached completely combined

  3. Serve immediately. Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
