High-protein Seed & Nut Bread
  1. Heat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line or grease a loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Whisk eggs, yogurt, and olive oil; add to dry mix.

  4. Stir until thick and evenly combined.

  5. Transfer to loaf pan, press down firmly.

  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until firm and golden.

  7. Cool completely before slicing (important!).
