Remove the frozen pastry from your freezer and place it on the bench top to thaw while you prepare the other ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, combine mince, chopped coriander, chopped spring onion, garlic, fish sauce and white pepper. Mix well until the mixture binds together.
Cut a pastry sheet in half and lay it on a chopping board or flat surface.
Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions. Shape each portion to a long cylinder and place it along the edge of the pastry (close to you). Roll the pastry over the meat to form a log. The recipe makes two logs.
Cut each log into five pieces to make a total of 10 mini sausage rolls.
Preheat your oven on 200 degree (conventional bake).
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the sausage rolls on the tray. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Serve warm with tomato sauce or sweet chili sauce.
