  1. Mash the bananas well until there are no more lumps. You can use a fork or a masher to do this.

  2. Add the vanilla and cinnamon.

  3. Mix everything together.

  4. Slice the bread in ½, then dip each piece in the batter to cover well each side.

  5. Immediately after fry in a heated non-stick pan with some coconut oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. Serve immediately with some fruit or other toppings of choice!
