Blend all base ingredients until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Press evenly into a parchment-lined pan.
Make the Caramel Layer
Blend caramel ingredients until smooth and slightly loose/spreadable.
Spread evenly over the base.
Add Almond Crunch
Sprinkle chopped almonds over the caramel and gently press them in.
Chocolate Topping
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
Pour over the top and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with flaky salt.
Chill & Slice
Instructions
Freeze for 1–2 hours until set.
Slice into bars and store in the freezer.
