Cook egg in pan with ½ Tbs butter, set aside.
Add 1 Tbsp butter & cook carrot, onion, season with black pepper. Once onions soften add garlic and add frozen peas.
Add 1 ½ Tbsp butter, then rice, green onion, oyster sauce & soy sauce. Stir to combine.
Once cooked through add eggs.
Season with small drizzle of sesame oil & more soy sauce if needed.
