Mix ingredients together. Store in a quart jar.
Makes 6 cups, or 4 (1-½ cup) bowls of soup.
1 Cup: ⅔ cup mix + 1 cup boiling water
1 Bowl: 1 cup mix + 1-½ cups boiling water
1 Pot: 1 jar of mix + 6 cups boiling water
Stir mix into water with a fork or whisk (to break up any lumps). Allow soup to thicken for a few minutes. Then, add any toppings you want (cheese, bacon, green onions, etc.), and serve.
