Marinated Green and Black Olives
  1. Rinse olives thoroughly, then drain and pat dry with paper towels

  2. Toss olives with remaining ingredients in bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving

  3. Serve with toothpicks and a crusty bread baguette or crackers

  4. Variations- You can add basil and mozzarella balls. Add citrus zest, feta, and just green olives.
