Chocolate Ganache
  1. Put the cream into a large, heatproof mixing bowl. Heat in the microwave at small intervals until warm.

  2. Add chocolate and stir until all is melted and combined, heating again if necessary.

  3. Once combined and glossy, set aside to cool.

  4. When ready to use, whip with an electric whisk until light and fluffy.
