Holiday Bark
  1. Add each chocolate to a separate medium bowl with 1 Tbsp coconut oil in each and melt by double broiling or microwaving on 30 second intervals.

  2. While it melts, chop candy canes and chop pretzels.

  3. Once melted fully, prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Add dark chocolate in a thin layer and freeze for 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Once done, add melted white chocolate in a thin layer and top with crushed candy canes and pretzels.

  5. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour until hardened then break into pieces and enjoy.
