Add each chocolate to a separate medium bowl with 1 Tbsp coconut oil in each and melt by double broiling or microwaving on 30 second intervals.
While it melts, chop candy canes and chop pretzels.
Once melted fully, prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Add dark chocolate in a thin layer and freeze for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once done, add melted white chocolate in a thin layer and top with crushed candy canes and pretzels.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour until hardened then break into pieces and enjoy.
