  1. fry potatoes in oil until it get colored then lower the temp and cover for 3 min

  2. put 1 onion and stir until cooked

  3. put garlic and once have a smell put the bell pepper

  4. put the tomatoes and stir as well as the salt, pepper, and thyme

  5. add tomato paste and water stir and cover on low heat until oil separates

  6. add three eggs and pepper on each egg and pop them then add mozzarella cheese on top

  7. cover again and cook until cheese melts on low heat
