Mix ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of the seasoned ground chicken onto one side of each tortilla, pressing it down so it sticks well.
Brush the chicken layer lightly with beaten egg.
Sprinkle and press panko breadcrumbs on top so it fully coats the chicken.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place tortilla chicken-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Flip and warm the tortilla side for 1–2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Caesar salad kit (toss lettuce, dressing, parmesan, and croutons).
Place some salad on top of the chicken side of each tortilla.
Fold like a taco or wrap, and serve immediately while warm and crunchy.
