Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces (32 total). Place on the baking sheet.
Brush with egg wash. Top each with a pinch of mozzarella + 1 slice of pepperoni.
Bake 12–14 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
In a large bowl, combine warm bites with melted garlic butter, grated armesan& parsley. Toss until coated.
Serve hot with marinara, nacho cheese, or ranch for dipping.
