Mix the dry ingredients together make a well in the bottom and add the eggs and milk.
Mix with your dough hook for 6-8 minutes.
Add the butter in chunks. Start slowly adding the butter on a slow speed 2 chunks at a time and once it’s all in mix on medium high for 8-10 min.
Take the dough out cover and rest for 1-1.5 hours.
Add the berries, water & jam to a pot, bring to boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Mix your cream cheese ingredients together and set aside.
Mix crumble ingredients and set aside.
Once your dough is ready decompress and roll it out into a rectangle.
Spread the cream cheese all over and add the jam to the top half.
Spread the jam gently over the cheese mixture and fold the dough over.
Slice into rectangles about 3-4cm wide.
Twist them and place on your tray.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with crumble.
Rest for 30-40 minutes and bake.
Bake in a preheated oven 180C for 16-20 minutes turning it down to 170C after 10 min.
