  1. Combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add milk and knead it into a dough.

  2. Add butter to the knead and knead it again for 6-7 minutes until soft dough.

  3. Let the dough rise for an hour.

  4. Punch the dough to remove excess air. Divide the dough into equal parts using a cookie cutter. Shape them into buns and keep them for 2nd rise for 30-35 mins.

  5. Brush milk on them and bake them at 350 F for 25-30 mins or until golden brown on top.

  6. Apply butter after they are done.
