Take your chicken breast and pat dry with a paper towel. Then flatten.
Season both sides with seasoning mix recipe above. Air fry on 400 degrees F for 9-10 minutes.
While that’s cooking, make your caesar dressing by adding all your ingredients into a bowl and mixing.
Chop up your chicken breast once done and add to a bowl. Combine with the buffalo caesar dressing ⅙th caesar dressing.
Chop up 300g romaine and add ⅙th caesar dressing to it.
Now put together your chalupas. Lay one pita down then add to one side 6g mozzarella, 2g parmesan, ¼th of your chicken caesar dip, 2g parmesan, 6g mozzarella.
Fold your chalupa tightly. Spray both sides with cooking spray and add to air fryer on 400 degrees F for 4 minutes.
Once done, open them up, add your caesar salad.
