  3. In a pan, add light butter, minced garlic, light soy sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar, honey, and ¼ cup water

  4. Reduce the sauce down until thickened

  5. Mix light sour cream with sriracha

  6. Prepare a cucumber salad with cucumber, red onion, avocado oil, hot sauce, salt, pepper, grated garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes
