Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
Whisk the egg yolks in a mixing bowl.
Add cream cheese and condensed milk and whisk well.
In another mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites.
Add the egg whites to the first mixture and mix well.
Pour into a baking tin and bake for 45-50 minutes at 360°F/180°C.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
