Lemony Vinaigrette
Prepare the lemony vinaigrette by combining lemon juice, olive oil, Greek yogurt, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, fresh garlic, and dried parsley
Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, combine drained Cannellini beans and canned tuna
Add chopped red onion, fresh parsley, and sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
Add grated Parmesan cheese
Pour the lemony vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine
Top with extra fresh parsley before serving
