Blueberry Croissant French Toast Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Tear croissants into large pieces and layer in dish. Add blueberries.

  3. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over croissants.

  4. Let sit 15 minutes or refrigerate overnight.

  5. Bake 25 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered until golden. Serve warm with mascarpone and syrup.
