Mexican Enchilada Dip
  1. Cook ground beef or chicken in a skillet until no longer pink about 5 minutes. Drain fat.

  2. Add onions, garlic and seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Add enchilada sauce and 2 oz of shredded cheese and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add remaining shredded cheese and bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.

  5. Optional toppings: sliced jalapeño, sour cream, green onions, cilantro.

  6. Serve with chips or tortillas
