Blend your cottage cheese, sweetener, eggs & oil until smooth.
Fold in your raspberries and pour into a greased, parchment lined muffin tin.
Mix the cream cheese filling together and scoop it in each muffin.
Add a little more muffin mix on top.
Bake @ 375F for 20-30 mins. (Until a toothpick comes out clean)
Take them out, let cool & enjoy!
