Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
Blend cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup or brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in oats and baking powder until thick batter forms.
Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon, then drizzle and lightly swirl on top.
Bake for 28–32 minutes until golden and set in the center.
Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
