Preheat the oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
Mix together the wet and dry ingredients in the large bowl until well combined, then pour the mixture into the loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden.
Let cool a little before removing it from the pan and slicing.
