Easy Basque Cheesecake

  2. Blend sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, and cream. Blend until combined.

  3. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 425°F.

  4. Let cool before serving.
