Add beef strips to a bowl with egg, cornflour, and garlic powder. Mix until fully coated.
Air fry at 200°C for 8–10 mins, shaking halfway, until crispy.
In a separate bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, ketchup, gochujang, garlic & ginger paste, and honey.
Pour the sauce into a pan and bring to a simmer.
Add the crispy beef strips and toss until fully coated and sticky.
Stir through chopped spring onions and fresh chillies.
Serve with sticky rice and cucumber.
