Pour milk into a saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over top, let sit for about 5-10 minutes
Place over low heat and whisk occasionally until mixture goes from thick and gloopy to thin and runny
Remove from heat and add to mixing bowl
Whisk on high and add protein one scoop at a time for 5-10 minutes until light and fluffy
Place into lined pan
Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hrs
Cut & coat in zero calorie powdered sugar
