Toddler Granola Bar Recipe
  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a food processor, blend the oats until they reach an instant oat texture. Add the cereal and blend for about 10-20 seconds. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

  3. In the same food processor, blend the pumpkin seeds until they are almost powdery. Add them to the bowl with the oats and cereal.

  4. Combine the rest of ingredients together in the large bowl with the oat mixture. Use your hands to mix thoroughly until everything is well blended.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press firmly with your hands to compact it evenly.

  6. Let the mixture sit and set in the fridge for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
