De skin the sausages and add to a bowl, use a fork to break the sausages up so no lumps remain.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut in half lengthways. Spoon the onion chutney along one side of the pastry, just off centre, then top with a line of sausage meat.
Brush beaten egg along the slightly thinner edge and then fold the pastry over and seal using a fork.
Brush the top of the pastry with beaten egg and cut slashes down it using a sharp knife. Repeat with other pastry half.
Use a sharp knife to cut the sausage rolls to the size you'd like.
Place in the air fryer at 200C for 12-14 minutes until golden, crisp and cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer, allow to rest for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy!
