Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Cream together the butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla.

  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.

  4. Mix the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture. Mix well.

  5. Fold the mini chocolate chips into the cookie dough.

  6. Scoop the dough out with a 1 tsp measuring spoon and arrange onto a greased cookie sheet.

  7. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 6 minutes or until the tops are no longer glossy.

  8. Cool on the pan. Best eaten the same day but will store well in an airtight container for a couple of days.
