Creamy Spinach Orzo
  1. Boil the liquids. Combine the vegetable broth and milk in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.

  2. Cook the orzo. Add the orzo and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

  3. Make it creamy. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Stir in the Parmesan and spinach. Cook for about 3 minutes, until the spinach wilts.

  4. Season and serve. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed. Serve warm and enjoy! 😍
