Put the garlic in a pot on low heat and cover with olive oil. Cook for 20 minutes until the garlic is soft and brown.
Boil the pasta.
Remove the garlic from the pot, add ½ cup of butter, salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 1 big tablespoon of Italian seasoning, and fresh basil leaves. Blend it together.
In a pan on low heat, add the pasta, 4 tablespoons of the garlic butter, and a scoop of pasta water.
Optionally, add 1 tablespoon of chili crisp and more Parmesan cheese.
