Garlic Butter Pasta
  1. Put the garlic in a pot on low heat and cover with olive oil. Cook for 20 minutes until the garlic is soft and brown.

  2. Boil the pasta.

  3. Remove the garlic from the pot, add ½ cup of butter, salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 1 big tablespoon of Italian seasoning, and fresh basil leaves. Blend it together.

  4. In a pan on low heat, add the pasta, 4 tablespoons of the garlic butter, and a scoop of pasta water.

  5. Optionally, add 1 tablespoon of chili crisp and more Parmesan cheese.
