Buffalo Chicken Dry Rub
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl or directly in a small airtight glass container. Feel free to adjust the amounts to meet your preferences!

  2. Start by patting your chicken wings dry with a paper towel.

  3. Lightly coat with oil or melted butter (for max buffalo flavor!).

  4. Season generously with spice blend (use as much or as little as you prefer).

  5. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.

  6. Bake for 25-40 minutes until cooked through and crispy. Chicken should read at least 165 degrees with a meat thermometer. Cooking time will vary based on how big your wings are and how many you're making.
