Chocolate Cake Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  4. Stir in boiling water to the batter until well mixed. The batter will be thin.

  5. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely on a wire rack.
